Small Group Private Events
This package is best for small groups, private events, birthdays, anniversaries, wedding engagements, etc.
$200 per hour per person
2 Hour Minimum. 20% Up-front to hold reservation.
Balance to be paid before event starts.
Will travel outside San Diego for additional mileage cost.
Business / Corporate Events / Venues
For large groups, corporate events, resorts venues, large speaking engagements.**
$3500 for up to 3 hours
$1000 for every hour after 3

Let us come to your location or suggest our own. We’ll entertain you and your guests by sharing all that the fantastic night skies have to offer: from colorful stars, stellar clusters, planets, star-forming nebulae, Earth-orbiting satellites, distant galaxies and more with the power of an Apochromatic Refracting Telescope on a specialized German Equatorial Tracking Mount.
A stargazing program with us gives you individualized attention from our enthusiastic instructor, allowing you to finally get answers to all of the questions you’ve ever had about the Universe. There’s little-to-no wait time to look through our telescopes, which means that during the evening we’ll be able to show you even more of the extraordinary objects in the sparkling night sky!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 15 days or more prior to event date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to event are charged 50% of the price of the reservation fee or have the option to reschedule for a future event at full amount of deposit. We require a minimum of 7 days notice to cancel or the full price of the event will be forfeited. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to mxpalau@stardude.org. No shows are charged in full.
Refunds will be processed and returned within 30 days of initial cancellation date.
A same day weather cancellation is at the sole discretion of your astronomer. This rarely occurs, but if it does he will make every effort to contact you in advance, and you'll be able to reschedule the event to a later date.
